A key principle of the government’s vision for extended schools is that schools should work closely with each other and with other agencies to provide access to the core offer of extended services.
In Ealing, our approach has been to create six extended school partnerships to help facilitate a close working relationship between schools and their partners. These partnerships are geographic and are based, as far as possible, on existing networks, working relationships and recognised communities. Each partnership includes high schools, primary schools and special schools (if they are located in that area):
-
Acton Extended Schools Partnership
-
Greenford & Perivale Extended Schools Partnership
-
Northolt Extended Schools Partnership
-
North Southall Extended Schools Partnership
-
North & South Ealing Extended Schools Partnership
-
South Southall Extended Schools Partnership
The extended school partnerships were established in February 2006 and each partnership meets every term to plan, monitor and review the extended services programme in their area.
An extended schools partnership coordinator has been appointed by each partnership to work with schools and other partners to develop the range of extended services in their area, in response to local demand.
Either click on the map or enter the name of your school in the search box to find out more about the extended school partnership in your area.
