Our vision is for the Northolt Learning Partnership to promote an active and aspiring learning community that values every learner, and enables them to enjoy their learning and achieve their full potential; to learn in a safe and secure environment; to overcome any barriers to living a healthy life; to gain fulfilling work or learn new skills; and to play their full part in the life of the community.

NLP will help work with stakeholders and the community to support the further development of a Northolt that people are proud to come from and live in, where there is an exciting variety of recreational and cultural activities and where parents, young people, their friends and families and the wider community will support each other to learn.

A NEW Partnership for Northolt

The Northolt Extended Schools Partnership (NESP) has joined forces with the Northolt Excellence in Cities Action Zone (EiCAZ) to become the Northolt Learning Partnership.

The NESP focussed on activities outside of the school day, parents, families and the community; while the EiCAZ focused specifically on raising attainment through curriculum strategies and improving primary-secondary transition.

As the majority of schools had to support and attend 2 partnerships - with the overall aims of both being to raise attainment and improve outcomes for children and young people in Northolt, we decided the logical thing to do would be to merge partnership. We went ahead and did this and as a result formed the Northolt Learning Partnership.

The Partnership aims to raise attainment and improve outcomes for children and young people in Northolt through a combination of classroom based and family/community strategies. Our families and community partners are just as important as the schools we are working with in achieving our aims.
